The Guna Foundation offers a unique opportunity for talented individuals looking to expand their professional skill set while fostering personal and spiritual growth.
Guna accepts new volunteers as needed, but we always welcome applicants with experience in, or a genuine interest in learning about, video and digital web media production, filmmaking, and fund-raising.
Volunteers for Guna are provided with room and board as well as a living stipend each month. Comfortable living arrangements are provided by the Nyingma Institute in Berkeley, where volunteers can take classes in various topics related to Nyingma Buddhist teachings free of charge. Applicants do not need to be Buddhist, but should have an interest in personal development through meditative practice. Applicants must be willing to commit to a full-time volunteer position for a minimum of six months.
For more information about how to apply, please send your resume and a short email about why you are a good fit for Guna to contact@gunafoundation.org.
